Economy ministry says Russia’s GDP shrinks by 4.3% in May
MOSCOW, Jun 30 (PRIME) -- Russia’s gross domestic product (GDP) fell by 4.3% on the year in May after a 2.8% contraction in April with transport and logistics restrictions as well as low internal demand playing the key roles, the Economic Development Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
In January–April, the GDP gained 0.5%.
